Clarke Mahek started at JK in the early nineties and officially came on board full-time in 1994 as a driver. He drove for 9 years managing VIP jobs and short hauls. In 2003, Clarke decided to make a change and became a Sales Consultant. Initially, he “was petrified because I didn’t think I would be able to do it. I rode with the sales guys at night after my jobs to learn the process, and 19 years later, I’m still in sales and very happy.”
One of the perks of Clarke’s position in sales is the flexibility of setting his own appointment schedule. He has also enjoyed getting to know employees who have been with the company for more than 27 years. When he is in the office, Clarke is gratified to see that everyone is happy and thankful to be working at JK Moving.
Outside of work, Clarke enjoys his kids’ participation in their sporting activities. Watching his daughter progress in the equestrian world is very rewarding, and he loves attending antique car shows in the area with his family. He and his family also enjoy their annual trip to Aruba because it is so relaxing.
We are honored that Clarke has chosen to make JK his work family for these past 27 years, and we look forward to many more to come.
