HR executive Linda Herbert has joined JK Moving Services, the nation’s largest independently owned and operated moving company, as Vice President of HR Talent Development. Herbert will head up training and talent development for JK Moving and its sister company, CapRelo, a global employee relocation and assignment management firm serving corporate and public sector clients.

Prior to JK, Herbert spent more than 30 years in a variety of human resource-related roles at Airbus, most recently as Vice President, Develop, North America. Herbert’s career encompasses Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Organization Culture, Employee Development, Organization Design and Development, Talent Management, Operational HR, and Ethics & Compliance. Her extensive experience spans across the UK, France, North America, Germany, and Spain, uniquely positioning her to support JK’s global footprint.
Herbert’s adeptness in strategy development and translating strategic initiatives into operational activities align seamlessly with JK’s growth strategies. She is responsible for the development, coordination and facilitation of talent and leadership development initiatives for the full employee life cycle at JK—and CapRelo—as well as building competency models, succession planning and talent review tools and processes.
